THE MOMENT WE ARE IN

The ground is shifting —

and we are all standing on it.

The World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Report 2025 quantifies what is coming between now and 2030.

39%

of the skills we rely on today will be obsolete by 2030

86%

of employers expect AI to transform how their business operates

63%

of employers already name the skills gap as their greatest obstacle

Every working life is being rewritten.
Mid-career or just beginning, no one is exempt.

This is not a problem to be solved. It is a transition to be navigated —
and how we navigate it will shape who we become.

Two responses are necessary. Only one will make the difference.

Staying current with AI tools won't be enough to set us apart. What will make the real difference is the humanity we bring to them.

Remaining grounded in our humanity.

Grounded means, for example, the practical wisdom to sense what is coming before the data confirms it — and the values and judgment to choose what each moment actually calls for, whether that is purpose or optimisation. These are capabilities AI cannot replicate, and each of us can develop with intention.

This is the work ÉTHOS COMPASS was built to support.

World Economic Forum, Future of Jobs Report 2025. Findings based on a survey of more than 1,000 employers across 22 industry clusters and 55 economies.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

"The most important discovery any person can make is that what they need to flourish is already inside them."

Tony Kouloumbris is the founder of ÉTHOS COMPASS. He spent nearly three decades in senior leadership at Mars, Procter & Gamble and Reckitt across four continents. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School — where he studied as a Fulbright Scholar — and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).

Throughout his corporate career, one experience stood out above all others — the privilege of developing the people around him and watching them grow into their own success. It was not a secondary responsibility. It was where he found his deepest professional satisfaction.

That conviction — that every person carries inside them the resources to flourish, and that the role of a great leader is to help them discover this — ultimately led him to build ÉTHOS COMPASS. Like every human being, he has faced moments of adversity that clarified with unusual precision what truly matters. That clarity was the founding moment of this practice.

People do not come to him for optimisation. They come because they sense something more is possible — a life where what they do serves who they are, not the other way around. His hope is that this work helps build stronger, more caring people — for their own sake, and for the world they will shape.

"The darkest moment of every night

is the second before the light

returns."

Every meaningful transition carries its own version of that moment —
the uncertainty just before clarity arrives. ÉTHOS COMPASS exists
to help you find your way through it — with clarity, purpose and resilience.
